How to Deactivate Your Moreta Account

Submit a Request

  1. Open the app and tap Menu (☰) in the top corner.

  2. Select Security and Privacy.

  3. Tap Deactivate your Account.

  4. (Optional) Fill out our brief survey to tell us why you’re leaving.

  5. Confirm by tapping Deactivate.

What happens when you deactivate

  • You’ll be logged out on all devices

  • Your login credentials will be disabled

  • Any unredeemed rewards or cash back will be lost

Data retention policy

To comply with US financial regulations, we retain your identity verification and transaction records for five years after account deactivation.
