If your password is being rejected:

  • First double-check your internet connection

  • Try resetting your password to see if that resolves the issue

  • Sometimes, using a VPN to another country may help as some internet providers in countries like Laos may cause issues with the app

  • Make sure caps lock is off and you're entering the password exactly as it was set

If the problem continues, use the password reset function or contact support.
