At Moreta, we aim to keep payments simple and transparent. Here’s what you need to know about transaction fees when using your wallet.
Thailand
1.5% transaction fee applies to business ThaiQR payments.
2.5% + 4 THB transaction fee applies to personal ThaiQR payments.
Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, and Mongolia
For transactions in these countries, there is no cash back, and a 1.5% transaction fee applies to each payment.
Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia
A 1.5% transaction fee applies to each QR payment in these countries, the same rate as our other supported markets.
China (mainland)
A 1.5% transaction fee applies to each WeChat (Weixin) merchant QR payment in mainland China.
Cambodia
Cambodia: QR payments are temporarily paused while we work with a partner (KHQR, Bakong, ABA PAY). We'll email you when Cambodia is back online. Fee information below does not apply while Cambodia is paused.

Transaction fees help us keep Moreta running smoothly while still giving you ways to save money. We’re committed to being transparent so you always know what to expect.
⚠️ Thailand QR payments are paused for all users since 29 June. Exception: customers with a US or Canada passport can still pay with business Thai QR. Personal ThaiQR is not supported yet.
