Why has my credit or debit card been charged but I have not received the funds in the Moreta balance? It says the payment was declined in the app.

If your card was charged but the payment shows as declined in the app, don't worry:

• Any 'pending' or 'authorized' transactions that were not successfully completed will be automatically refunded or cancelled by your bank within a couple of business days

• These deposits were not withdrawn on our side

• The temporary hold will be released by your card issuer
