If the QR code you're trying to scan isn't working:

Make sure the QR code is supported by Moreta (we display the supported logos on the QR code scanner)

Note that personal QR codes are not currently supported in Thailand and won't be available until the end of November 2025

Only merchant QR codes with supported payment providers will work
