If the QR code you're trying to scan isn't working:

Make sure the QR code is supported by Moreta (we display the supported logos on the QR code scanner)

Note that personal QR codes are not currently supported in Thailand

Only merchant QR codes with supported payment providers will work
⚠️ Thailand QR payments are paused for all users since 29 June. Exception: customers with a US or Canada passport can still pay with business Thai QR. Personal ThaiQR is not supported yet.
