What happened?
Thai banks perform daily scheduled maintenance between approximately 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM (Thailand time). During this window, banks may temporarily stop processing transactions, which can cause some payments made through Moreta to fail.
This is not an issue with Moreta. It is a routine banking system limitation that affects all payment services operating in Thailand.
What should I do?

Wait and retry: If your payment fails during this window, simply try again later.

Check your balance: No funds will be deducted from your Moreta wallet for a failed transaction. If you notice a pending charge, it will be reversed automatically.

Plan ahead: If possible, schedule payments outside of the 11 PM to 3 AM maintenance window to avoid interruptions.
