Sending SOL, Ethereum tokens, Base, Tron, or any other network can mean lost funds — we cannot recover wrong-network transfers.
Timing and reviews

Under 30 minutes: wait a few minutes and pull to refresh your balance.

Review required: some deposits need an extra check — you'll get a notification; reviews can take up to 2 business days.
What to send support
If it's been more than 2 business days (or you sent the wrong network), open the in-app chat with:
