How to pay with a QR code in Vietnam

In Vietnam, Moreta lets you pay merchants by scanning local QR codes at shops, cafés, and services.

How to pay

1. Fund your USD wallet via Add money.

2. Scan the merchant QR in the Moreta app.

3. Enter the amount in Vietnamese dong (VND) when prompted.

4. Review and confirm the payment.

Troubleshooting

• Update the app to the latest version.

• Confirm sufficient balance.

• See My QR payment isn't going through.

• QR payments are final once confirmed — verify the amount with the merchant first.
