Sometimes a payment is blocked because it did not pass an automated security check. This protects your account and helps prevent fraud.
What this means
-
Moreta does not share detailed internal risk rules in chat.
-
A block does not always mean your account is closed — it may apply to a single payment or situation.
What you can try
-
Confirm your wallet balance is sufficient.
-
Make sure you're paying in a supported country with a merchant QR (see Which countries can I pay in with Moreta?).
-
Update the app and retry once.
-
If you were paying in Thailand, check Thailand availability — Thailand QR is paused for all users since 29 June (Exception: US or Canada passport holders can still use business Thai QR).

💡 Tips
-

For card deposits blocked by fraud scoring, try card verification with a temporary hold.
