What currencies can I use to add money to my wallet?

Moreta now supports adding funds in USD, EUR, GBP and CAD - instantly and securely. What’s Available Today - USD: Send from any U.S. bank account or service with a US account & routing number. - EUR (SEPA): Deposit euros via SEPA transfers from your European bank - settles in minutes. - GBP (Faster Payments): Add pounds instantly using UK Faster Payments. - USDC / USDT (Solana): Deposit stablecoins on the Solana network — they credit as USD. - CAD (Interac e-Transfer): Add Canadian dollars directly from your Canadian bank account using Interac e-Transfer. If you’re outside the U.S., you can still add money to your Moreta wallet by using services like Wise or Revolut. Both of these platforms allow you to create a U.S. account with a valid account number and routing number, which you can then use to send funds to your Moreta wallet. Is Thailand available for QR payments right now?

Thailand QR payments are paused for all users since 29 June. Exception: customers with a US or Canada passport (the passport verified during KYC) can still pay with business Thai QR codes. Personal Thai QR codes remain unavailable for everyone. Who can still pay in Thailand If you have a US or Canada passport, you can still pay with business Thai QR codes: 1. Update the Moreta Pay app to the latest version. 2. Scan the merchant's business Thai QR code. 3. Review the amount and 1.5% transaction fee on the review screen. 4. Slide to confirm. See How to pay with a QR code in Thailand. Personal ThaiQR Personal Thai QR codes are not supported for anyone. If you scan a personal QR, you'll see an error such as "This is a personal QR code" — ask the merchant for a business Thai QR if they have one. When will ThaiQR be available again for everyone? We are working to restore Thailand QR payments for affected users. You do not need to contact support unless you need help withdrawing. We will email you when ThaiQR is available for your account again. Withdrawing because of the Thailand pause Need to withdraw? Contact Support in the app for a fee-free withdrawal. Moreta lets you pay merchants by scanning local QR codes, so you can spend like a local while you travel. Here's where it works today. Is Moreta live in Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia?

Yes — Moreta is now live in Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia. You can pay local merchants by scanning their QR codes, just like in our other supported countries. How it works 1. Add money to your Moreta wallet (card, bank transfer, or crypto). Your balance is held in USD. 2. Scan the local QR code at checkout. 3. Enter the amount, review the merchant and total, and slide to confirm. Moreta converts your USD balance to the local amount automatically at the live mid-market rate. A 1.5% transaction fee applies to each QR payment (shown before you confirm). If something doesn't work Run through the normal checks for your situation: - Payment won't go through? Is Cambodia available for QR payments right now?

Yes — Cambodia is live for Moreta. You can scan and pay any KHQR merchant QR codes in Cambodia using your existing balance. Before you pay 1. Update the Moreta app to the latest version from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. 2. Add money to your Moreta wallet if needed. Your balance is held in USD and converts at the live mid-market rate when you pay in Cambodian riel (KHR). 3. Check you have enough balance for the purchase plus the 1.5% transaction fee shown on the review screen. Paying a KHQR merchant 1. Open Moreta and click Pay. 2. Scan the merchant's KHQR code at the till, on a sticker, or on their payment terminal. 3. Enter the amount if it isn't filled in automatically. 4. Review the merchant name, amount, and the 1.5% transaction fee. 5. Slide to confirm. Most payments complete within seconds. Is Moreta live in Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, or India?

Some markets are not live in the Moreta app today. We'll email customers when each one launches.
