To withdraw funds from your Moreta wallet, open the app and go to Settings → Transfer or Me → Transfer, then choose Withdrawal.

Update Moreta Pay to the latest version.

Open Settings → Transfer (or Me → Transfer) and choose Withdrawal.

Add your bank account again — don't reuse an old saved entry if you've migrated to our new financial provider.

Enter the amount, review the fee, and confirm.
Timing and fees

Cards (debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are not supported for withdrawals — Moreta pays out to bank accounts only.
