If a EUR (SEPA) or GBP (Faster Payments) bank transfer to Moreta has been failing, it's usually because of a new payment reference field that your bank now requires on the transfer.
How to fix it

Update the app. Make sure you're on the latest version of Moreta Pay — the payment reference field only appears in the newest version.

Start the deposit in the app. Go to Add money and choose your EUR (SEPA) or GBP (Faster Payments) method.

Copy the payment reference. Moreta will show a payment reference along with the bank details. Copy it exactly.

Add the reference to your bank transfer. When you set up the transfer in your bank app, paste the payment reference into the reference / description field.

Send the transfer. EUR and GBP deposits usually settle within minutes once the reference is included.
