My EUR or GBP deposit hasn't arrived

Most EUR (SEPA) and GBP (Faster Payments) deposits settle within minutes. If yours hasn't arrived, here's how to get it sorted.


First, a few quick checks

  • Did you update the app and include the required payment reference? Missing references are the most common cause — see add a payment reference.

  • Did you send from a bank account in your own name?

  • Has it been less than 24 hours? Most arrive in minutes, but allow a short buffer.


Coinflow vs Bridge (new app experience)

When you contact support, tell us whether your deposit was sent on the old (Coinflow) or new (Bridge) experience:

  • Coinflow (old): our finance team needs to trace the transfer manually.

  • Bridge (new): if it has been more than 24 hours, treat as urgent — our team will escalate as a bug.


If it still hasn't arrived

Reach out via the chat button in the app and share:

  • Your account email

  • The amount and the date/time you sent it

  • A screenshot of the transfer confirmation from your bank

Our team will trace the payment with our financial provider and credit your wallet once it's located.
