Has it been less than 24 hours? Most arrive in minutes, but allow a short buffer.
Coinflow vs Bridge (new app experience)
When you contact support, tell us whether your deposit was sent on the old (Coinflow) or new (Bridge) experience:

Coinflow (old): our finance team needs to trace the transfer manually.

Bridge (new): if it has been more than 24 hours, treat as urgent — our team will escalate as a bug.
