Fee-free withdrawal
During the Thailand QR pause, you can request a fee-free withdrawal. Contact Support in the app and tell us you're withdrawing because of the Thailand pause. Our team will arrange your fee-free withdrawal.
After you contact Support

Update to the latest Moreta Pay app.

Go to Settings → Transfers → Withdrawal.

Add your bank account again (don't reuse an old saved entry if you're on the new provider flow).

Enter the amount and confirm.
Depending on how you originally added money:

Card / Apple Pay: we may be able to refund to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days).

Bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, GBP): you can withdraw to your linked bank — instant for EUR/GBP, up to 2 business days for US ACH.
