US bank (ACH) deposits usually arrive within 3 business days when you follow the in-app steps. If your transfer hasn't credited, check the following.
Did you create the deposit in the app first?
You must start a deposit in Moreta before sending from your bank:

Open Add money and choose your USD / US bank method.

Enter the exact amount you will send.

Use the bank details shown and send only from the linked account in your name.
Sending money without creating the request first usually fails and returns to your bank in 2–5 business days.
Does the amount match exactly?
The amount leaving your bank must match the deposit request in the app to the cent.
