Thailand QR payments are paused for all users since 29 June.
Exception: customers with a US or Canada passport can still pay with business Thai QR codes after updating the Moreta Pay app.
Personal ThaiQR is not supported yet. We're actively working to bring personal ThaiQR payments back and will share updates when we have more information.

Who is affected?
The pause applies to all users who do not hold a US or Canada passport verified during KYC.
If you hold a US or Canada passport, you can still scan and pay business Thai QR codes at merchants.
