Use this guide to withdraw to your bank. You can reach withdrawals from Settings → Transfer or Me → Transfer — both paths work on all devices.
Self-serve withdrawal steps
-
Update Moreta Pay from the App Store or Google Play.
-
Open Settings → Transfer or Me → Transfer, then choose Withdrawal.
-
Add your bank account again — don't select an old saved entry if you've migrated to the new financial provider.
-
Choose the account, enter the amount, review fees, and confirm.
-
You'll get a notification when it's processed.
Where you can withdraw
| Destination | Fee (typical) | Timing |

| EUR (SEPA) | $1.50 + 0.5% | Instant |
| UK (Faster Payments) | $1.50 + 0.5% | Instant |
Cards (debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are not supported for withdrawals.
Withdrawing to a different bank account
On the new provider flow, you may withdraw to any bank in your own name after onboarding — even if you didn't deposit from that bank. See Can I withdraw to a bank account I didn't deposit from?
If withdrawal fails
-
Relink the bank and retry.
-
Confirm your nationality/address isn't on a restricted country list for the new provider.
-
Contact support with amount, date, bank name, and an error screenshot.
